摘 要:目的 构建脑肿瘤临床试验护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系。方法 2022年8月-2023年3月通过文献回顾、半结构访谈构建初步指标体系,运用德尔菲专家函询法及层次分析法,确定脑肿瘤专科临床试验护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系。结果 共纳入16位函询专家,2轮函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,2轮函询专家权威系数分别为0.918、0.932;各级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.262~0.369和0.210~0.256(P<0.05)。最终构建的脑肿瘤专科临床试验护士岗位胜任力评价指标包含4项一级指标、14项二级指标、57项三级指标。结论 构建的脑肿瘤临床试验护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系具有科学性及可靠性,对提升脑肿瘤相关临床试验护士的岗位胜任力,改善受试者护理质量,保证临床试验高质量实施具有指导意义,可在临床中推广应用。Objective To construct an evaluation index system of the post competency for clinical research nurses specialized in brain tumor.Methods The preliminary index system was constructed through systematic literature review,semi-structured interviews from August 2022 to March 2023,and Delphi expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)were used to determine the evaluation index system of post competency for brain tumor clinical research nurses.Result A total of 16 consulting experts were included in the study,the effective response rates of the 2-round inquiry questionnaire were also 100%,with expert authority coefficients of 0.918 and 0.932 in 2 rounds of consultation,respectively;The Kendall coordination coefficients of indicators at all levels were 0.262-0.369 and 0.210-0.256(P<0.05),respectively.The final evaluation indicators of the post competency for brain tumor clinical research nurses included 4 first level indicators,14 second level indicators,and 57 third level indicators.Conclusion The post competency evaluation index system of brain tumor clinical research nurses is scientific and reliable,which has guiding significance for improving the post competence of brain tumor related clinical research nurses,improving the nursing quality of subjects,and ensuring the completion of clinical research,and can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
