摘 要:忽略胎面花纹对轮胎刚度的影响,利用Rebar单元模型模拟帘线-橡胶复合材料,建立轮胎三维有限元模型,利用Abaqus软件对半钢子午线轮胎五刚特性进行仿真分析。结果表明,径向刚度、横向刚度、纵向刚度、扭转刚度、包覆刚度的试验结果与仿真结果基本一致,证明了该有限元仿真方法的有效性。Ignoring the influence of tread patterns on tire stiffness,the three-dimensional finite element model of the tire was established by using the Rebar unit model to simulate the cord-rubber composite material,five kinds of stiffness characteristics of steel-belted radial tire were simulated and analyzed using Abaqus software.The results showed that the experimental and simulation results for radial stiffness,lateral stiffness,longitudinal stiffness,torsional stiffness,and enveloping stiffness were generally consistent,demonstrating the effectiveness of the finite element simulation method.
