摘 要:目的:探讨农旅融合的食品消费促进效应。方法:基于农村居民增收视角,构建要素供给、生产、需求的理论机制分析框架,采集2010—2021年全国30个省市的面板数据构建双向固定效应模型。结果:当农旅融合示范县增加1个,农村居民人均食品消费支出将增加2.63元。该结论在考虑一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立,且人口密度大、经济水平高、东部地区的农旅融合更能促进农村居民的食品消费支出。结论:农旅融合发展能通过增加农村居民收入有效促进其食品消费支出。【Objective】In order to explore the food consumption promotion effect of the integration of agriculture and tourism.【Method】Based on the perspective of rural residents'income increase,this study constructed the theoretical mechanism analysis framework of factor supply,production and demand,and collected the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2021 to construct two-way fixed effect models.【Result】It was found that when the number of agricultural and tourism integration demonstration counties increased by 1,the per capita consumption expenditure of rural residents would increase by 2.63 yuan.This conclusion still held after considering a series of robustness tests.Moreover,the consumption expenditure of rural residents would be better promoted in the large population density,high economic level,and the integration of agriculture and tourism in the eastern provinces and cities.【Conclusion】The integration of agriculture and tourism could effectively promote rural residents'food consumption expenditure by increasing their income.
