摘  要:为满足轨道交通及新能源汽车领域热塑性复合材料基体树脂高性能与易加工的要求,通过结构设计合成一系列新型芳香聚酰胺。以生物质来源的阿魏酸为原料,通过亲核取代反应制备了一种新结构二元酸,并将其引入到热塑性聚酰胺的合成中,成功制备出系列高分子量芳香聚酰胺。这类芳香聚酰胺具有良好的加工能力,耐热性良好,力学性能优异,且分解时成碳含量高,有望成为轨道交通及新能源汽车领域的一种易加工、高强度、高阻燃复合材料基体树脂新选择。For purpose of satisfying the requirements of high-performance and easy processing of thermoplastic composite matrix resins in the fields of rail transit and new energy vehicles,a series of new aromatic polyamides are synthesized by means of structural design.A new structural diacid is prepared based on the biomass derived ferulic acid through nucleophilic substitution,and introduced into the synthesis of thermoplastic polyamides,successfully producing a series of high molecular aromatic polyamides.This kind of aromatic polyamides have good processing capability,high heat resistance,excellent mechanical properties,and high carbon content during decomposition.It is expected to become a new choice for easy processing,high-strength,and highly flame-retardant composite matrix resins in the fields of rail transit and new energy vehicles.
