摘 要:通过爬取电商平台(淘宝)2023年第二季度线上沙发销售数据,从产品维度和消费者维度两个角度展开分析研究,探究消费者购买沙发产品的情感需求。在产品维度方面,采用Selenium框架获取线上沙发品类数据并对家具价格和收货人数展开分析,明确了统计时间内沙发品类家具热销品牌TOP3为红星美凯龙、林氏家居、源氏木语,红星美凯龙与林氏家居沙发类家具更偏向大众消费且热销沙发价格区间在人民币1000~3000元,源氏木语沙发类家具更偏向高端消费。在消费者维度方面,通过分析消费者评论,探索出质量、客服、加工等词为消费者评论出现的高频词。红星美凯龙沙发消费者主要关注产品款式、产品感受、产品外观;林氏家居沙发消费者主要关注品牌服务、产品外观、产品感受;源氏木语沙发消费者主要关注品牌服务、产品感受以及产品款式。针对消费者满意度方面,通过SnowNLP模型对消费者评论进行情感划分,得到热销品牌消费者满意度均在75%以上。By crawling online sofa sales data from the e-commerce platform(Taobao)in the second quarter of 2023,the emotional needs of consumers when purchasing sofa products were explored by analyzing the data from both product and consumer perspectives.In the product dimension,Selenium framework was used to obtain online sofa category data,and an analysis of furniture prices and the number of recipients was conducted.The results showed that the top 3 best-selling sofa furniture brands during the statistical period were Red Star Macalline,LINSY home,and YESWOOD.Red Star Macalline and LINSY Homes sofa furniture tend to cater to the mass consumer market,with the best-selling sofa price range being between 1000-3000 RMB,while YESWOODs sofa furniture is more oriented towards the high-end consumer market.In the consumer dimension,an analysis of consumer reviews revealed that quality,customer service,and craftsmanship were the high-frequency words in consumer reviews.Red Star Macalline sofa consumers mainly focus on product style,product feel,and product appearance;LINSY home sofa consumers mainly focus on brand service,product appearance,and product feel;YESWOOD sofa consumers mainly focus on brand service,product feel,and product styles.Regarding consumer satisfaction,the Snow NLP model was used to perform sentiment analysis on con‐sumer reviews,and the results showed that the consumer satisfaction of the best-selling brands was above 75%.
