摘 要:煤矸石是煤在开采和洗选的过程中挑选出来的废弃物,大量堆积的煤矸石增加了环境负荷。目前国内外鲜见以煤矸石粉作为填料对沥青混合料进行改性的研究成果,其对沥青混合料性能的改善效果尚待深入探讨。鉴于此,本文开展对煤矸石粉/水镁石纤维复合改性沥青混合料性能研究,明确其适用性及使用效果。结果表明:煤矸石粉可有效改善沥青胶浆的温度敏感性,阻碍沥青中分子链段的运动,提高了沥青胶浆的玻璃态转变温度;煤矸石粉与水镁石纤维的复掺,可进一步降低煤矸石粉改性沥青胶浆的温度敏感性,显著提高其高温性能与抗剪强度。本研究对于提高煤矸石及水镁石纤维在道路工程中的资源化利用率具有重要意义。Coal gangue is a waste product selected during the mining and washing processes of coal,and the large accumulation of coal gangue increases environmental burden.Currently,there are few research results on using coal gangue powder as a filler to modify asphalt mixtures at home and abroad,and the improvement effect on the performance of asphalt mixtures remains to be further explored.Therefore,this study investigates the properties of coal gangue powder/talc fiber composite modified asphalt mixtures to clarify their applicability and effectiveness.The results show that coal gangue powder can effectively improve the temperature sensitivity of asphalt binder,hinder the movement of molecular chain segments in asphalt,and increase the glass transition temperature of asphalt binder.The combined use of coal gangue powder and talc fiber further reduces the temperature sensitivity of coal gangue powder-modified asphalt binder,significantly improving its high-temperature performance and shear strength.This research is of great significance for enhancing the resource utilization of coal gangue and talc fiber in road engineering.
