摘  要:木葡聚糖内转糖苷酶/水解酶(XTH)是植物细胞壁修饰和重塑的关键酶之一,在植物生长发育和抗逆性方面发挥着关键作用。利用生物信息学方法对柚XTH基因家族进行鉴定与分析,共鉴定出24个CgXTHs,分为4组;CgXTHs蛋白的氨基酸长度为212~564 aa,等电点在4.99~9.12之间,分子量为24.85~64.68 kD;柚XTH基因家族成员之间基因结构和蛋白结构分布具有相似性;共线性分析发现,柚与拟南芥的共线性基因多于柚与水稻间的共线性基因;柚CgXTHs基因家族启动子区域中发现大量光响应、激素响应、生长发育、非生物胁迫相关的顺式作用元件;所有的成员都含有1个或多个非生物胁迫相关的顺式作用元件,揭示CgXTHs基因家族可能在非生物胁迫中起着重要作用。Xyloglucan endotransglucosylase/hydrolase(XTH)is one of the key enzymes for modifying and remodelling plant cell wall,playing a key role in plant growth and development and stress resistance.In this paper,bioinformatics methods were used to identify and analyze the XTH gene family of Citrus maxima,and a total of 24 CgXTHs were identified,which were subdivided into 4 groups.Amino acid length of CgXTHs protein was 212-564 aa,isoelectric point was 4.99-9.12,molecular weight was 24.85-64.68 kD.The gene structure and protein structure distribution among the members of the XTH gene family were similar.Colinearity analysis showed that there were more colinearity genes between Citrus maxima and Arabidopsis thaliana than those between Citrus maxima and Oryza sativa.A large number of cis-acting elements associated with light response,hormone response,growth and development,and abiotic stress were found in the promoter region of CgXTHs genes family of Citrus maxima.All members contained one or more cis-acting elements associated with abiotic stress,suggesting that CgXTHs gene family might play an important role in abiotic stress.
