教学评估视角下高校教务管理人员素质研究

摘　　要：教学评估是评价、监督、保障和提高教学质量的重要举措,是我国高等教育质量保障体系的重要组成部分。教学评估是教学设计中不可或缺的环节,其有效实施离不开教务管理人员的支持与参与。文章从教学评估角度出发,探讨了高校教务管理人员应具备的素质,分析了当前教务管理人员的素质现状及存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的提升策略。Teaching evaluation is an important measure for evaluating,supervising,ensuring,and improving teaching quality,and is an important component of China's higher education quality assurance system.Teaching evaluation is an indispensable part of teaching design,and its effective implementation relies on the support and participation of academic management personnel.The article explores the qualities that university academic administrators should possess from the perspective of teaching evaluation,analyzes the current status and existing problems of academic administrators' qualities,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies based on this.
