行业特色型高校高质量发展路径研究——以江苏科技大学为例

摘　　要：如何在高质量发展进程中紧跟行业区域发展需求,全力服务国家重大战略需求,将应用基础研究、技术创新、高新技术成果推广应用紧密结合,是行业特色型高校的普遍难题和重点课题。本研究以船舶类行业高校的代表——江苏科技大学为例,分析船舶行业高校发展的共性问题及其高质量发展面临的困难和挑战,研究高质量发展的主要思路,并从特色学科建设方向分析高校教学科研单位高质量发展的主要路径,以实现行业特色高校优势、特色融合,点面并进,内涵外在相统一的高质量发展。How to keep up with the regional development needs of the industry in the process of high-quality development,fully serve the major strategic needs of the country,and closely integrate applied basic research,technological innovation,and the promotion and application of high-tech achievements is a common challenge and key issue for industry-specific universities.This study takes Jiangsu University of Science and Technology,a representative university in the shipbuilding industry,as an example to analyze the common problems in the development of shipbuilding industry universities,as well as the difficulties and challenges faced by high-quality development.The main ideas for high-quality development are studied,and the main paths for high-quality development of teaching and research units in universities are analyzed from the direction of characteristic discipline construction,in order to achieve high-quality development of industry characteristic universities with advantages,characteristic integration,point and surface integration,and unity of connotation and external aspects.
