思政课程情景教学模式融入中医护理实训课程的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析思政课程情景教学模式融入中医护理实训课程的效果。方法:将护理学院2021级护理2101班―2104班的141名学生作为研究对象。其中2101班、2102班的71名学生为对照组,开展常规中医护理实训课程教学;2103班、2104班的70名学生为观察组,在常规中医护理实训课程教学的基础上融入思政课程情景教学模式。教学完成后,对比两组学生的考核成绩、综合能力、参与感及积极性。结果:观察组学生的中医基础知识、中医护理宣教、中医适宜性操作成绩,职业素养、人文关怀能力、团队协作能力分值,以及参与感与积极性分值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:思政课程情景教学模式融入中医护理实训课程能够有效提高学生的综合能力,增强其参与感及积极性。Objective:To analyze the effect of integrating the situational teaching mode of ideological and political courses into the practical training course of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.Method:141 students from nursing classes 2101-2104 of the nursing college in 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,71 students from classes 2101 and 2102 were selected as the control group to receive routine traditional Chinese medicine nursing training courses;70 students from classes 2103 and 2104 were selected as the observation group,and the ideological and political course scenario teaching mode was integrated into the routine traditional Chinese medicine nursing training course teaching.After the teaching is completed,compare the assessment scores,comprehensive abilities,sense of participation,and enthusiasm of the two groups of students.Result:The observation group had higher scores in traditional Chinese medicine basic knowledge,traditional Chinese medicine nursing education,traditional Chinese medicine suitability operation,professional ethics,humanistic care ability,teamwork ability,as well as participation and enthusiasm than the control group(<0.05).Conclusion:The integration of situational teaching mode in ideological and political courses into traditional Chinese medicine nursing training courses can effectively improve students'comprehensive abilities,enhance their sense of participation and enthusiasm.
