基于《中华人民共和国职业教育法》建构司法警官职业院校特色发展路径

摘　　要：司法警官职业院校特色化发展,是发挥自身优势,破解发展瓶颈的重要出路。新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法(2022年修订)》为司法警官职业院校的特色化发展指明了方向。当前,司法警官职业院校存在办学层次不够高、办学规模不够大、专业结构不够优、发展特色不够足等问题,需要从办学定位、学科专业、育人模式、队伍建设等方面分析其特色化发展的方向,从加强政治建校、打造特色高水平师资队伍、培育特色优势专业、构建协同育人机制等方面提出发展策略。The characteristic development of judicial police vocational colleges is an important way to leverage their own advantages and break through development bottlenecks.The newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China(2022 Revision)has pointed out the direction for the characteristic development of judicial police vocational colleges.At present,there are problems in the vocational colleges for judicial police officers,such as insufficient level of education,insufficient scale of education,inadequate professional structure,and insufficient development characteristics.It is necessary to analyze the direction of their characteristic development from the aspects of school positioning,discipline and major,education mode,and team building.Development strategies should be proposed from strengthening political school building,building a high-level faculty team with characteristics,cultivating characteristic advantageous majors,and constructing a collaborative education mechanism.
