摘　　要：“双减”政策的出台与相关政策的推行为青少年体育培训市场的发展带来机遇。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,从国家、社会、个体三重维度诠释当代青少年体育培训市场价值转向的动力基础、向度特征及瓶颈突破。研究认为:“双减”政策背景下青少年体育培训市场价值转向动力来源于我国体育发展的路径,具体体现在推进体育强国建设、满足体育价值需求、树立终身体育观念;“双减”政策背景下青少年体育培训市场价值转向的向度特征体现为“以人为本”价值观念的发展与推崇,具体体现在推进体育强国建设的人本化、满足体育价值需求的多元化、树立终身体育观念的迫切化;“双减”政策背景下青少年体育培训市场价值转向的瓶颈突破在于数字技术与体育产业融合的方针,即推动体育产业数字化进程、构建数字智慧共享化平台、利用技术提高青少年参与效率。The implementation of the“Double Reduction”policy and related measures has created opportunities for the development of the junior sports training market.This paper employs literature review and logical analysis methods to interpret the driving forces,characteristic dimensions,and bottleneck breakthroughs of the value shift in the contemporary junior sports training market from three perspectives:national,social,and individual.The study finds that the driving force behind the shift in value within the junior sports training market under the“Double Reduction”policy originates from the path of sports development in China,specifically manifested in promoting the construction of a strong sports nation,meeting the demand for sports values,and establishing the concept of lifelong sports.The characteristic dimensions of value shift in the junior sports training market under this policy reflect the development and promotion of a“people-centered”value concept,specifically seen in the humanization of sports nation-building,the diversification of meeting sports value demands,and the urgency of establishing lifelong sports concepts.The breakthroughs in the bottlenecks of value shift in the junior sports training market under the“Double Reduction”policy lie in the integration of digital technology with the sports industry,namely promoting the digitalization of the sports industry,constructing a digitally intelligent sharing platform,and utilizing technology to enhance participation efficiency.
