摘　　要：目的:系统评价护士在妊娠期的工作体验。方法:检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、EMbase、Google Scholar、ProQuest、PsyINFO、the Cochrane Library等国内外网站及数据库,检索时限从建库至2023年8月,2名研究者独立进行文献筛选、资料提取与质量评价,汇集性整合有关妊娠期护士工作体验的质性研究结果。结果:共纳入15篇文献,提炼100个结果,归纳为10个类别,合成3个整合结果,包括职业安全感缺乏、复杂的情感体验、角色适应与成长。结论:护士妊娠期间工作体验与内心感受复杂,家庭、社会及医院层面应给予足够的关注与支持,制定保护性政策以帮助护理人员成长。Objective:To systematically evaluate the work experience of nurses during pregnancy.Methods:Databases and website such as CNKI,VIP,WanFang Database,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,EMbase,Google Scholar,ProQuest,PsyINFO,and the Cochrane Library were searched and the timeframe was from construction to August 2023,Two researchers independently conducted literature screening,data extraction and quality evaluation,and collected and integrated the qualitative research results on the work experience of pregnant nurses.Results:15 articles were included to distill 100 outcomes,which were grouped into 10 categories and synthesized into 3 integrated outcomes:lack of job security,complex emotional experiences,and role adaptation and growth.Conclusion:Nurses′work experience and feelings during pregnancy are complex,and sufficient attention and support should be given at the family,social and hospital levels,and protective policies should be formulated to help to grow.
