摘 要:为充分利用自然雨水、矿坑排水等非传统水源以补充东露天矿的生产用水,解决麻地沟积水安全隐患和工业场地环境污染问题,对东露天矿雨水回用路径进行分析探讨,提出了一种安全可靠、经济合理的水处理技术方案。同时聚焦对项目方案、投资影响较大的麻地沟调蓄水池容积,在分析防洪标准、流域面积、调蓄水池水源的基础上,采用了3种计算方法对水池容积进行确定,即通过近10年降雨数据进行计算、利用《山西省水文计算手册》进行推求、结合实测地形图建模分析确定最大蓄水库容。研究结果可为东露天矿麻地沟环境整治、工业场地整体面貌提升提供技术途径,为类似水处理项目提供设计思路,为矿区露天蓄水池容积的确定提供计算参考。In order to make full use of non-traditional water sources such as natural rainwater and mine drainage to solve the potential safety hazard of water accumulation in Madigou and the environmental pollution in industrial sites,thus supplying the production water of East Surface Mine,this paper puts forward a safe,reliable,economical and reasonable water treatment technical scheme based on the analysis of rainwater reuse path.Besides,because of the great influence of the volume of Madigou reservoir,this paper adopted three calculation methods to determine the storage capacity of the reservoir based on the analysis of flood control standard,basin area and water source of regulating reservoir.Through the rainfall data in recent 10 years,using Shanxi Hydrological Calculation Manual,and based on the modeling and analysis of measured topographic map,the maximum storage of the reservoir is determined.The research results provide a technical way for the environmental improvement in Madigou and the overall image improvement of industrial sites,present a design idea for similar water treatment projects,and offer a calculation reference for determination of the storage capacity of open-pit reservoir in mining area.
