摘  要:在带电直联处理国网鞍山供电公司66 kV紧凑型敞开式变电站横梁10 kV隔离开关接点发热过程中,现有的带电作业工器具、方法和技术受到限制,无法保障人身和设备安全。对紧凑型敞开式变电站横梁10 kV隔离开关带电方法进行了研究,设计一种10 kV隔离开关带电直联装置,包含操作平台和直联金具,操作平台为可调整角度的绝缘梯及其固定装置,直联金具用于卡接引流线的10 kV隔离开关垂直分流线卡具,采用该方法可以即时消除隔离开关发热隐患,节省了检修时间,提高了带电作业安全可靠性,保障电网安全稳定运行。During the process of 10 kV isolation switch contacts heating in the 66 kV open substation crossbeam of Anshan Power Supply Company through live direct connection processing,the existing live working tools,methods and technologies are limited,and can not guarantee the safety of people and equipment.A study is conducted on the electrification method of the 10 kV isolation switch in an open substation crossbeam.A 10 kV isolation switch electrification direct connection device is designed,which includes an operating platform and direct connection hardware.The operating platform is an adjustable angle insulation ladder and the fixing device.The direct connection hardware is a 10 kV isolation switch vertical branch line clamp used for clamping the drainage line.The application of this method can immediately eliminate the heating hazard of the isolation switch.It saves maintenance time,improves the safety and reliability of live working,and ensures the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
