摘  要:馈线自动化技术是实现配电网运行监视、故障自愈的重要手段。针对馈线自动化技术在试验调试过程中成本高、容易引发安全生产隐患等问题,在分析集中型馈线自动化技术动作逻辑的基础上,建立了一种基于Simulink的集中型馈线自动化控制策略仿真系统模型,包含10 kV馈线、三段式电流保护、集中型馈线自动化控制策略程序、模拟故障模块。以“闭环设计、开环运行”的2条多分段单联络馈线为例,分别在馈线不同地点设置单一的两相短路永久性故障,进行仿真模拟试验。仿真结果验证了所建立模型的正确性和有效性,为配电网故障分析等提供一定参考。FA(Feeder automation)is the major means of monitoring the distribution network operation and realizing the fault selfhealing.According to problems of FA technology having high cost in the process of test and debugging,and easy to cause safety production risk,based on the analysis of the action logic of centralized FA technology,a model of centralized FA control strategy simulation system based on Simulink is established,including the 10 kV feeders,the three-section current protection,the centralized FA control strategy program and the simulated fault module.It takes two multi-segment single-contact feeders with“closed loop design and open loop operation”as an example,a single two-phase short-circuit permanent fault is set at different locations of the feeder,and the simulation test is carried out.The simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the model,and provide a reference for distribution network fault analysis.The two FA lines are closed-loop design and open-loop operation.Finally,the system is run by setting the two-phase short circuit permanent fault in the different places.The effectiveness of the system is verified by simulative data.
