摘 要:挤压辊是QW-QZ-2型籽瓜破碎取籽分离机的关键部件之一,显著影响着籽瓜的破碎和分离效果。为探讨挤压辊工作过程中的力学特性,利用ANSYS有限元软件对QW-QZ-2型籽瓜破碎取籽分离机挤压辊进行了有限元分析。结果显示:挤压辊的最大变形发生在挤压辊的边缘处,为1.03×10^(-2) mm,最大应变量为1.0638e-5 mm,挤压辊轴与支撑轴连接处应力最大为2.1217 MPa。最大变形和最大应力远小于SUS304材料的刚度强度,满足挤压辊工作要求。该研究可为籽瓜破碎取籽分离机破碎及分离部件的设计和优化提供理论依据。Extrusion roll is one of the key components of QW-QZ-2 type seed crushing and separating machine,which significantly affects the crushing and separating effect of Seed-used watermelon.In order to study the mechanical characteristics of the extrusion roll in the working process,the finite element analysis of the extrusion roll of the QW-QZ-2 type seed extractor was carried out by using ANSYS software.The results show that the maximum deformation of the extrusion roll occurs at the edge of the extrusion roll,which is 1.03×10^(-2) mm,the maximum strain variable is 1.0638e-5 mm,and the maximum stress at the connection between the extrusion roll and the support shaft is 2.1217 MPa.The maximum deformation and maximum stress are far less than the stiffness strength of SUS304 material,which meets the working requirements of the extrusion roll.The research can provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the crushing and separating parts of the seed extractor.
