摘  要:针对CAP1400蒸汽发生器汽水分离装置干燥器的研发设计,本文从汽液分离机理、研发方式、工程设计等方面对国内外研发设计机构开展了广泛调研,并创新性地提出一种适用于先进核电厂蒸汽发生器干燥器的研发技术.本文采用数值模拟分析替代传统冷态试验对波形板进行选型研究,并采用各向异性多孔介质模型对干燥器整体三维结构模型进行数值计算,得到干燥器波形板入口蒸汽速度分布.根据计算得到的最高流速,对汽水分离装置试验件开展有针对性的热态性能试验,得到其在不同入口蒸汽流速、不同入口蒸汽湿度下的工作性能曲线,确定该型号干燥器的允许工作范围,以论证干燥器所有波形板入口处的蒸汽流速均在试验件热态试验确定的临界蒸汽流速以内,确保蒸汽发生器出口蒸汽的品质满足电厂安全稳定运行要求.In this paper,we conduct extensive research on the domestic and foreign institutions for the research and development of gas-liquid separation technology suitable for steam generator dryers of the CAP1400 nuclear power plant,in terms of the gas-liquid separation mechanism,the research and development methods,engineering design,etc.Numerical simulation analysis on the separation performance of different structural types of waveform plates is conducted,providing a basis for the selection of waveform plates.In addition,the three-dimensional flow field is simulated by using the porous medium model,and the steam velocity distribution at the inlet of the wave-plate dryer is obtained.Based on this result,targeted thermal performance tests were conducted on the test piece of the steam water separation device to obtain its performance curves under different inlet steam flow rates and inlet steam humidity.Combined with the calculation results of the overall three-dimensional flow field of the dryer,the working range of the dryer can be plotted in the performance curve of the test piece.It can be demonstrated that the steam flow rate at the inlet of all waveform plates of the dryer is within the critical steam flow rate determined by the hot test of the test piece,ensuring that the designed dryer can meet the quality requirements for the steam generator outlet steam.
