摘　　要：为了摆脱进口150BS基础油的供应困境,保障460号油膜轴承油产品质量的稳定,以及克服国产150BS基础油在替代过程中遭遇的锈蚀挑战,研究系统评估了基础油、复合添加剂及防锈剂对460号油膜轴承油防锈性能的综合影响。试验表明,国产150BS基础油A成功实现对进口基础油的国产化替代。具体优化策略包括:一是在将油膜轴承油复合剂的加入量提高至2.25%得到配方1;二是在油膜轴承油复合剂加入量为1.5%的基础上加入0.05%的防锈剂B得到配方2。配方1和配方2制备的油膜轴承油均符合产品的全性能要求,且生产成本均低于原配方。To mitigate the difficulty in supply of imported 150BS base oil,ensure the stability of quality of No.460 oil film bearing oil product,and overcome the challenges in replacing the imported base oil with 150BS base oil made in China,the effects of base oil,composite agent and antirust agent on the anti-rust performance of No.460 oil film bearing oil.The experiment shows that China's 150BS base oil A can be used to replace the imported base oil with following measures.The first is to increase the amount of oil film bearing oil compound to 2.25%to get Formula 1.The second is to add 0.05%anti-rust agent B to the amount of oil film bearing oil composite agent of 1.5%to get Formula 2.The oil film bearing oil produced by Formulas 1 and 2 meets the requirements on the product,and the production cost is lower than that of the original formula.
