摘　　要：在家庭系统内,残疾污名存在代际间传递现象。该现象包括普通家庭父母向子女的公众污名传递以及特殊儿童父母内化污名后向特殊儿童的自我污名传递。普通家庭及特殊儿童家庭的亲代将自身内化的消极残疾群体刻板印象及认同传递给子代,固化残疾污名。残疾污名主要通过儿童的观察学习、亲子沟通以及教养方式三条社会化路径进行传递,传递内容包括知识、情感、行为三个方面,子女年龄、父母性别以及社会文化因素会影响代际间传递的关联性。未来需要深入研究残疾污名代际传递现象的内在机制,加强残疾污名代际传递阻断机制的研究,以及注重残疾污名代际传递的本土化研究。Within the family system,there is intergenerational transmission of disability stigma.This phenomenon includes the transmission of public stigma from parents of ordinary families to their children and the transmission of self-stigma from parents who internalize the stigama to their children with special needs.Parents of ordinary families and families with special children pass on their internalized negative stereotypes and identities of disabled groups to their children,solidifying the stigma of disability.Disability stigma is mainly transmited through children's observation and learning,parent-child communication and parenting style,including knowledge,emotions and behaviors.Moreover,children's age,parents'gender and social and cultural factors will affect the relevance of intergenarational transmission.In the future,it is necessary to further study the underlying mechanisms of the intergenerational transmission of disability stigma,strengthen the research on the blocking mechanism of the intergenerational transmission of disability stigma,and focus on the localization of the intergenerational transmission of disability stigma.
