摘  要:掺入费托蜡降低沥青的高温黏度是沥青温拌的方法之一,而既有研究表明功率超声作用也可使黏流态沥青流动性显著提高,因此,二者的协同应用可能会提高工程的技术和经济效益。该研究用自制超声处置装置对掺入不同剂量费托蜡的沥青进行处置制样,采用黏度、动态剪切流变(DSR)、弯曲梁流变(BBR)等不同方法对沥青进行了全温度段的流变学测试。结果表明,超声处置能使费托蜡沥青的135℃黏度进一步降低11%~18%,而相应的最佳拌合与压实温度继续降低5~10℃;在服役温度段,温拌沥青经超声处置后,抗车辙能力进一步提高,抗疲劳性能略有降低,低温蠕变性能则在超声处置前后差异不大,超声与费托蜡的协同作用可提高温拌效果或减少温拌添加剂的用量。Incorporating F-T wax to reduce the high-temperature viscosity of asphalt is one of the methods for warm-mix asphalt.Previous studies have shown that the action of power ultrasound can significantly improve the flowability of viscous asphalt,indicating that the synergistic application of both methods may enhance the technical and economic benefits of engineering projects.In this study,a self-made ultrasound treatment device was used to treat asphalt samples with varying dosages of F-T wax.The asphalt was subjected to rheological tests across the full temperature range using various methods including viscosity measurements,dynamic shear rheometer(DSR),and bending beam rheometer(BBR).The test results show that ultrasound treatment further reduced the 135℃ viscosity of F-T wax-modified asphalt by 11%to 18%,leading to a continued decrease of 5~10℃ in the corresponding optimal mixing and compaction temperatures.At service temperatures,ultrasound-treated warm-mix asphalt exhibited enhanced resistance to rutting,slightly decreased fatigue performance,and comparable low-temperature creep properties before and after ultrasound treatment.The synergistic effect of ultrasound and F-T wax can improve the effectiveness of warm-mix asphalt or reduce the dosage of warm-mix additives.
