摘　　要：随着我国消费观念的转变,企业面临环保要求的提升和绿色消费趋势的增长,数字化转型和金融市场化对企业绿色创新的影响愈发显著。基于A股上市公司2007—2020年数据,探讨数字化转型对企业绿色创新的直接效应,以及金融市场化如何通过提高信息透明度和增强资金支持加强该效应。研究发现,数字化转型能显著提高企业的绿色创新水平,而且金融市场化可以通过加强数字化转型带来的代理成本下降、融资约束缓解与研发投入扩大效应来进一步增强这一作用。此外,根据企业所处行业的技术密集度,进一步探讨数字化转型对不同类型企业绿色创新的差异性影响,以及金融市场化的差异性调节作用,为制定针对性的环保政策和激励措施提供理论依据和实践指导。With the shift in consumption concepts in China,enterprises are facing increased environmental requirements and a growing trend of green consumption.The impact of digital transformation and financial marketization on corporate green innovation is becoming increasingly significant.Based on the data from A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2020,this paper explores the direct effects of digital transformation on corporate green innovation and how financial marketization enhances this effect by improving information transparency and increasing financial support.The study finds that digital transformation can significantly improve corporate green innovation levels.Furthermore,financial marketization can further strengthen this effect by reducing agency costs,alleviating financing constraints,and expanding R&D investments brought about by digital transformation.Additionally,according to the technology intensity of the industry which the enterprises are in,the study also examines the differential impact of digital transformation on green innovation of different types of enterprises and the varying moderating effects of financial marketization,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for formulating targeted environmental policies and incentive measures.
