摘　　要：本文指出随着全球科技竞争的日益激烈,科技创新已成为推动经济社会发展的核心动力,而专业孵化器作为科技创新的平台和载体,在推动科技创新和成果转化、促进创业企业成长,优化资源配置和产业升级等方面作用显著。本文研究了我国专业孵化器发展现状,对比了综合孵化器和专业孵化器的各自优势,研究了专业孵化器建设和发展中面临的3个问题,提出了提升专业孵化器的服务和高质量发展的对策建议。This paper points out that with the increasingly fierce global sci-tech competition,sci-tech innovation has become the core driving force to promote economic and social development,and professional incubators as a platform and carrier of sci-tech innovation,it plays a significant role in promoting sci-tech innovation and the transformation of achievements,promoting the growth of start-ups,optimizing the allocation of resources and industrial upgrading.This paper studies the present situation of the development of professional incubators in China,compares the advantages of comprehensive incubators and professional incubators,and studies the three problems faced in the construction and development of professional incubators,the countermeasures and suggestions of professional incubator service promotion and high-quality development are put forward.
