摘 要:针对振动环境下交流接触器的动态特性研究,为深入分析其内部触头、铁芯等关键机构所受影响,设计了振动条件下交流接触器联合仿真模型。采用磁场与磁路相结合的电磁吸力计算方法,通过ADAMS与MATLAB/Simulink联合仿真实现机械-运动-电磁-电路等多种物理场耦合计算;仿真研究了不同振动条件对接触器关键机构吸合过程的动态特性影响;通过与试验结果对比验证了仿真模型的准确性。研究成果可为工作在风机、船舶等振动环境下的接触器动态性能评价提供依据。Aiming at the research on the dynamic characteristics of AC contactors under vibration environment,in order to deeply analyze the influence of key mechanisms such as internal contacts and iron cores,a co-simulation model of AC contactors under vibration conditions is designed.The electromagnetic attraction calculation method combining magnetic field and magnetic circuit is used to realize the coupling calculation of mechanical-motion-electromagnetic-circuit and other physical fields through the co-simulation of ADAMS and MATLAB/Simulink.The influence of different vibration conditions on the dynamic characteristics of the key mechanism pull-in process of contactoris studied by simulation.The accuracy of the simulation model is verified by comparing with the experimental results.The research results can provide a basis for the dynamic performance evaluation of contactors working in vibration environments such as wind turbines and ships.
