Radical resection of bladder cancer combined with urinary diversion is the gold standard for invasive bladder cancer.Patients undergoing radical surgery for bladder cancer still have high medical and nursing needs for a period of time after discharge, and actively carrying out continuous nursing has become one of the important ways to solve this problem. This article reviews the nursing status of patients undergoing radical bladder cancer surgery from four aspects:information support, psychological support, social support, daily life and activity support, the advantages of continuous nursing, and the new progress of continuous nursing and provides the relevant nursing theory and practical basis for improving the quality of life of patients undergoing radical bladder cancer surgery after discharge.By providing patients with timely and effective continuous care, rehabilitation measures and social support, their compliance and self-care ability can be improved, and their psychological state and family and social adaptability can be improved.
