网络视听节目内容监测监管相关技术研究

摘　　要：随着互联网的广泛应用和网络视听节目的繁荣发展,对网络视听节目的监测监管变得尤为重要。本文通过对网络视听节目监测监管的相关技术进行研究和探讨,分析了现有可应用于网络视听节目监测监管的几种技术手段的优缺点,为实现网络视听节目监测监管提供技术参考,并提出了未来网络视听节目监测监管技术的发展方向和挑战。With the widespread use of the Internet and the development of online audio-visual programs,it has become particularly important to monitor and regulate online audio-visual programs.This article conducts research and discussion on the relevant technologies for monitoring and regulating online audio-visual programs,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several technical methods currently available for monitoring and regulating online audio-visual programs,provides technical references for achieving the monitoring and regulation of online audio-visual programs,and proposes future directions and challenges for the development of monitoring and regulation technologies for online audio-visual programs.
