摘 要:为了筛选褪黑素(Melatonin,MT)在康乃馨切花复合保鲜液中的最佳浓度。以康乃馨鲜切花为试材,采用常规保鲜剂与不同浓度褪黑素的保鲜液组合对康乃馨切花进行瓶插保鲜试验,考察各组鲜切花的花蕾花径变化、水分平衡值、过氧化物酶活性、丙二醛含量、可溶性蛋白含量及可溶性糖含量。结果表明:最佳组合为40μmol/L褪黑素+常规保鲜液(T3),该处理显著延迟了最大花径的出现时间,与CK(蒸馏水处理)相比延迟了6 d;相较于CK,T3组切花的水分平衡值下降趋势较缓,瓶插9 d才开始失水,而CK组为5 d,过氧化物酶活性比CK组高57.2%,丙二醛含量比CK组降低了39.98%,可溶性蛋白以及可溶性糖含量分别为CK组的250%和176.9%。综上,40μmol/L褪黑素+常规保鲜液处理对康乃馨鲜切花具有良好的瓶插保鲜效果。试验结果可为MT在康乃馨鲜切花保鲜中的应用提供理论参考。In order to screen out the optimal treatment concentration of melatonin(MT)in carnation preservation applications with carnation fresh cut flowers as the test materials,the combination of conventional preservative and different concentrations of melatonin preservation solutions was used to treat cut carnation flowers in vase to investigate the change of bud diameter,water balance value,peroxidase activity,malondialdehyde content,soluble protein and soluble sugar contents of each group of fresh cut flowers.The results showed that the optimal treatment combination was 40μmol/L melatonin combined with conventional preservation solution(T3),which significantly delayed the occurrence time of the maximum flower diameter,a delay of 6 d was found compared with the control(distilled water treatment).Compared with CK,the water balance value of cut flowers in the T3 group decreased slowly,with water loss beginning at 9th day,while at 5th day for CK.The content of peroxidase was 57.2%higher than that of CK,the content of malondialdehyde decreased by 39.98%,and the soluble protein and soluble sugar content were 250%and 176.9%of CK,respectively.In conclusion,the treatment by 40μmol/L melatonin combined with conventional preservative revealed a good fresh-keeping effect on fresh cut carnation flowers in vase,which provide theoretical reference for the application of melatonin in the fresh-keeping of cut carnation flowers.
