摘 要:水下航行器的故障往往导致较为严重的经济和科研价值损失,由控制系统设备、元器件失效导致的整体故障事件尤为常见。为准确了解水下航行器控制系统可靠性,通过构建故障树,获得故障树最小割集,得到控制系统失效事件的组合,利用故障树结构中间事件和基本事件的逻辑关系,建立控制系统可靠性分析模型,提出一种利用最小割集直接计算可靠度的方法。与传统可靠性框图法计算系统可靠度的方法对比分析,结果表明,通过最小割集计算系统可靠度的方法数学逻辑更加清晰,解决了因绘制可靠性框图导致数学表达不连续的问题,提高了可靠性分析的便捷性和推理效率,对水下航行器全生命周期的系统安全分析具有重要意义。The failure of underwater vehicles often leads to serious economic and scientific value losses,and overall failure events caused by the failure of control system equipment and components are particularly common.In order to accurately understand the reliability of the control system of underwater vehicles,the fault tree was constructed to obtain the minimum cut set of the fault tree,and the combination of control system failure events was obtained.Based on the logical relationship between the intermediate events and the basic events of the fault tree structure,the reliability analysis model of the control system was established,and a method of directly calculating the reliability by using the minimum cut set was proposed.Compared with the traditional reliability block diagram method to calculate the reliability of the system,the results showed that the method of calculating system reliability through the minimum cut set had a clearer mathematical logic,solved the problem of mathematical expression discontinuity caused by drawing reliability diagrams,and significantly improved the convenience and inference efficiency of reliability analysis,and was of great significance for the safety analysis of underwater vehicles throughout their entire life cycle.
