摘 要:针对永磁同步电机控制系统,为减小速度环采用传统PI控制时速度的超调量和提高系统的抗负载扰动性能,提出对速度环控制器采用二自由度控制的方法。为进一步提高系统的抗负载扰动性能,设计了降阶负载转矩观测器,并将估测出的转矩值转化为补偿电流引入到二自由度控制的输出端,从而补偿负载转矩变化等扰动因素的影响。仿真结果表明,对速度环采用二自由度控制方法可以有效减小速度的超调和提高系统的抗负载扰动性能,利用文中观测器可以准确地估算出负载转矩变化并实现对参考电流的有效补偿,系统的抗负载扰动性能得到了进一步增强。In order to solve the problems of large overshoot and bad capacity of anti-load disturbance when the traditional PI speed controller was used for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),two degree-of-freedom control method was adopted for the speed controller.To further improve the capacity of anti-load disturbance,a reduced-order load torque observer was designed to estimate the torque.The estimated torque value was transformed to compensating current and imported to the output of two degree-of-freedom controller so that the affection of disturbances such as load torque could be compensated.Simulation results indicated that the two degree-of-freedom control method could reduce the speed overshoot and improve the capacity of anti-load disturbance.The result also demonstrated the correctness of the designed load observer.The load torque could be estimated precisely by using the observer,and the reference current could be compensated effectively.As a result,the capacity of anti-load disturbance could be furtherly improved.
