摘 要:建筑物高度信息在智慧城市建设、城市规划等工作中有着日益重要的作用,快速自动化获取建筑物高度的需求日益迫切。目前,常用的建筑物高度获取方法效率低、成本高。本文介绍一种基于LiDAR点云、地形图等数据快速自动化提取大量建筑物高度信息的方法,并选取广州市历史城区20 km^(2)进行试验,最后将成果与人工内业或外业等不同方法进行精度、效率比对。本文提出的方法效率比人工内业方法提高20倍,比人工外业成本大幅降低、效率明显提升,且精度均达到1 m以内,从成本、效率和精度方面体现了本文方法的优势。Building height information plays an increasingly important role in smart city construction and urban planning,and there is an increasingly urgent need to quickly and automatically obtain building heights.At present,the commonly used building height acquisition methods have low efficiency and high cost.This paper introduces a method for quickly and automatically extracting a large amount of building height information based on LiDAR point cloud,topographic map and other data,and selects 20 square kilometers of the historical urban area of Guangzhou for experiment,and finally compares the accuracy and efficiency with different methods such as manual work or field work.The efficiency of the method proposed in this paper is 20 times higher than that of the manual internal work method,the cost is greatly reduced,the efficiency is significantly improved compared with the manual field work method,and the accuracy is less than 1 meter,which reflects the advantages of the method in this paper in terms of cost,efficiency and accuracy.
