摘 要:制动系统是列车实施减速和停车的关键系统之一,同时也是确保列车安全运行的重要装置。我国重载货车采用120控制阀作为列车空气制动系统中的核心作用装置,由于该装置本身的复杂性和工作环境的恶劣性,该装置的使用具有明显的随机性和不确定性等特点。文章研究并开发了针对重载货车空气制动系统的性能动态监测系统,该监测系统应用现代传感技术、虚拟仪器技术及通信技术,能够实现空气制动系统性能参数的自动采集、自动处理、自动分析与传输,为重载铁路运维信息化、数据化、智能化提供重要数据支撑。The braking system is one of the key systems for implementing deceleration and parking of trains,and it is also an indispensable and important device to ensure the safe operation of trains.China's heavy-duty freight cars use the 120 control valve as the core device in the train air braking system.Due to the complexity of the device itself and the harsh working environment,it has obvious characteristics such as randomness and uncertainty.In this context,this article studies and develops a dynamic monitoring system for the performance of the air braking system of heavy-duty freight cars.The monitoring system applies modern sensing technology,virtual instrument technology,and communication technology,which can achieve automatic collection,processing,analysis,and transmission of performance parameters of the air braking system,providing important data support for the informatization,dataization,and intelligence of heavy-duty railway operation and maintenance.
