摘　　要：从制药用水制水设备的组成结构、工作原理、性能参数、控制方案设计、硬件设计、系统软件设计等方面,介绍制药用水制水设备的控制系统。该系统主要运用了PLC控制、传感器、变频控制、模拟量控制、电气控制、触摸屏等关键技术,实现了制药用水制水设备的自动化控制。This paper introduce the control system of pharmaceutical water production equipment from the aspects of composition structure,working principle,performance parameters,control scheme design,hardware design,system software design,etc.The system mainly utilizes key technologies such as PLC control,sensors,frequency conversion control,analog control,electrical control,touch screen,etc.,to realize the automatic control of pharmaceutical water production equipment..
