摘 要:管片的选型排版影响着盾构掘进和隧道的成型质量,是盾构隧道设计中需着重考虑的因素。传统方法仅从管片拟合设计曲线的角度出发考虑,不考虑盾构掘进和管片选型拼装间的相互影响和限制。该文提出一种基于盾构虚拟掘进的管片排版方法。该方法除了考虑管片结构尺寸、设计轴线等因素外,将盾构机械和施工参数纳入管片选型过程,使得管片选型更符合实际。采用该方法在400 m小转弯半径工程中进行全程盾构虚拟掘进和管片选型拼装,能够更准确地判断设计的合理性以及工程的可行性。The selection and layout of pipe segments affect the quality of shield tunelling and tunnel formation,and are important factors to consider in shield tunnel design.Traditional methods only consider the fitting design curve of tunnel segments,without taking into account the mutual influence and limitations between shield tunelling and tunnel segment selection and assembly.This article proposes a pipe layout method based on virtual tunelling of shield tunelling.In addition to considering factors such as the size of the pipe structure and the design axis,this method incorporates shield tunelling machinery and construction parameters into the pipe selection process,making the pipe selection more realistic.Using this method for full shield virtual advance and pipe segment selection and assembly in a 400 m small turning radius project can more accurately determine the rationality of the design and the feasibility of the project.
