摘 要:对渗碳内氧化产生机理进行了阐述,同时利用箱式可控气氛渗碳炉对18Cr NiMo7-6合金渗碳钢内氧化问题进行分析研究,并对其渗碳工艺进行优化。通过试验对渗碳过程中的工艺参数、工艺能力进行了分析。结果表明:在工件材料和渗层深度一定的条件下,将强渗碳势分成1.15%和1.1%两段进行,并在两段之间增加碳势缓降段,同时将扩散碳势提高到0.82%,同样在1.1%和0.82%之间增加碳势缓降段,避免降碳势过程中空气的过量通入,可有效减少内氧化的产生。The generation mechanism of carburizing IGO is described.At the same time,the IGO problem of 18CrNiMo7-6 alloy carburizing steel is analyzed and studied by using the box controlled atmosphere carburizing furnace,and the carburizing process is studied and optimized.The technological parameters and capability of carburizing process were analyzed by experiments.The results show that under the condition of the workpiece material and the depth of the cementing layer,the strong carburizing potential is divided into 1.15%and 1.1%,and the carbon potential slow drop section is added between the two sections,while the diffusion carbon potential is increased to 0.82%,and the carbon potential slow drop section is also added to avoid the air inlet during the carbon potential drop process,this can effectively reduce the generation of IGO.
