“全人”理念下的全视角护理模式对急性闭角型青光眼手术患者情绪状态及生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究“全人”理念下全视角护理模式在急性闭角型青光眼手术患者的影响。方法临床纳入2020年8月至2022年12月期间我院收治的80例急性闭角型青光眼患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为两组各40例。其中40例患者采用常规护理作为对照组;另40例患者采用“全人”理念下的全视角护理模式为试验组。观察两组患者的心理情绪、生活质量、眼功能以及对护理的满意度情况。结果护理前两组患者SAS和SDS评分对比无差异(P>0.05);护理后,试验组SAS和SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前两组患者QOL评分对比无差异(P>0.05);护理后,试验组QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前两组患者视力、眼压以及前房深度水平对比均无差异(P>0.05);护理后试验组视力、眼压及前房深度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“全人”理念下全视角护理模式干预下,急性闭角型青光眼手术患者的围手术期心理情绪得到明显改善,提高患者术后生活质量,且有效促进视力、眼压和前房深度的改善,提高患者生活质量,使患者满意度更高,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To study the influence of full-perspective care model under the concept of"whole person"on psychological mood and quality of life in patients undergoing acute angle closure glaucoma surgery.Methods 80 patients with acute angle closure glaucoma admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to December 2022 were included as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table of 40 patients.Among them,40 patients used routine care as the control group,and another 40 patients adopted the full perspective care model under the"whole person"concept as the test group.Psychological mood,quality of life,eye function,and satisfaction with care were observed in both groups.Results There was no difference in SAS and SADS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);the SAS and SDS scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).No difference in QOL scores between the two groups(P>0.05);the test group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in visual acuity,IOP,and depth between the two groups(P>0.05);visual acuity,IOP,and depth in the anterior chamber were better than the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the test group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-perspective nursing mode under the concept of"whole person"can significantly improve the psychological mood of patients undergoing acute angle closure glaucoma surgery,improve the quality of life after surgery,effectively promote the improvement of vision,intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth,improve the quality of life of patients,and make patient satisfaction higher,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
