摘 要:材料定额的准确性直接影响到生产成本的合理性和企业的经济效益。对材料定额中的各种因素进行精确的控制和优化,尤其是工艺性损耗的确定,成为提升企业竞争力的关键。工艺性损耗是生产过程中不可避免的,其涵盖了因生产工艺、操作方法等因素引起的材料损耗。探索更加科学、精确的工艺性损耗确定方法,对提高材料定额的准确性、降低生产成本具有重要意义。文章通过系统的分析和研究,探讨如何优化工艺性损耗在材料定额中的确定方法。人们将从工艺性损耗的分类和特点入手,分析现有的确定方法的不足,进而提出一系列优化策略。The accuracy of the material quota directly affects the rationality of the production cost and the economic benefit of the enterprise.The precise control and optimization of the various factors in the material quota,especially the determination of the technological loss,has become the key to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Technological loss is inevitable in the production process,which covers the material loss caused by the production process,operation process and other factors.It is of great significance to explore the more scientific and accurate determination method of technological loss to improve the accuracy of material quota and reduce the production cost.Through systematic analysis and research,this paper discusses how to optimize the determination method of technological loss in material quota.People will start with the classification and characteristics of technological loss,analyze the shortcomings of the existing determination methods,and then put forward a series of optimization strategies.
