摘 要:为了促进五金制造业的飞速发展,推动机械智能信息化发展进程,就加快五金制造业数字转型的进程。以我国五金制造业的数字转型,作为分析的重点,通过对五金制造业实际情况的调查,对比数学转型实施具体过程,提出五金制造业数字化转型的有效措施。本研究表明五金制造业数字化转型,采用各种数字化管理软件,并且软件中用面向对象化语言进行信息模型应用,是满足为了五金行业产业能力产品数字化发展需求,能够促进五金行业全产业链生态化升级发展。In order to promote the rapid development of the hardware manufacturing industry and advance the process of mechanical intelligence and informatization,it is necessary to accelerate the digital transformation of the hardware manufacturing industry.Taking the digital transformation of China's hardware manufacturing industry as the focus of analysis,this paper investigates the actual situation of the hardware manufacturing industry,compares the specific process of implementing mathematical transformation,and proposes effective measures for the digital transformation of the hardware manufacturing industry.This study indicates that the digital transformation of the hardware manufacturing industry,using various digital management software and using object-oriented language for information model application in the software,is to meet the needs of digital development of industrial capacity products in the hardware industry,and can promote the ecological upgrading and development of the entire industry chain of the hardware industry.
