系统论视角下苏州古城低效居住用地识别研究

摘　　要：居住用地作为城镇建设用地的主要部分,影响城市空间组织结构的发展方向。文章立足于系统论,以苏州古城区为例,在厘清系统论及苏州古城现状的基础上,总结分析影响古城居住用地低效利用的因素,并利用相关数据信息,有效识别苏州古城低效居住用地。一方面,可将识别结果作为未来苏州古城更新时序的依据;另一方面,可有针对性地为居住用地更新改造工作指明方向,寻找重点,为后期更新规划提供依据。As a major part of urban construction land,residential land affects the development direction of urban spatial organization structure.Based on the theory of systems theory and the current situation of the ancient city of Suzhou,the paper summarizes and analyzes the factors affecting the inefficient use of residential land in the ancient city,and identifies the inefficient residential land in the ancient city of Suzhou with relevant data and information.On one hand,the identification results can be used as the basis for the renewal sequence of Suzhou ancient city in the future,and on the other hand,it can be used to point out the direction and focus for the renewal and transformation work of the residential land in a targeted way and provide the basis for the renewal planning in the later stage.
