摘 要:为研究软土地区交叠盾构隧道在不同施工顺序下对地层的影响,本研究模拟了六组盾构法上下交叠盾构隧道施工模型,对比了粉土、粉砂、粉质黏土三种典型天津软土的土质情况,并分别分析了在三种土质条件下,“先上后下”和“先下后上”两种施工方法引起的地层变形情况,结合工程中先建隧道的现场监测数据,得出如下规律:相同土层中“先下后上”顺序施工在隧道上部的地层位移均小于“先上后下”顺序施工,但隧道下部深层土体的位移均大于“先上后下”顺序施工;当需要控制夹层土体的竖向位移时,可以在深厚粉土层或粉砂层中选择“先上后下”顺序施工,在深厚粉质黏土层中选择“先下后上”顺序施工。In order study the influence of the construction of overlapping shield tunnels in different construction sequences in soft soil areas on the strata,six sets of overlapping shield construction models were simulated to compare the soil conditions of three typical Tianjin soft soils:chalk,silt and chalky clay.Then under three types of soil conditions,the formation deformation caused by two construction methods of“first up and then down”and“first down and then up”was analyzed respectively.Combined with the field monitoring data of the tunnels built early in the project,the following law is obtained.The displacements in the upper part of the tunnel in the same soil layer in the“first down and then up”sequence are less than that in the“first up and then down”sequence,but the displacements in the lower part of the tunnel in the deeper soil layers are greater than that in the“first up and then down”sequence.If it is necessary to control the vertical displacement of the sandwich soils,the sequence“first up and then down”should be chosen for deep chalk or silt layers,and“first down and then up”for deep powdery clay layers.
