摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)早期筛查在预防视力损害方面的效果显著,但关于DR的知晓率和筛查率仍存在较大争议。目前影响糖尿病患者DR筛查的因素众多,包括社会人口学特征、疾病认知程度以及社会支持等。此外,还可采用多项干预措施加强DR的筛查管理,如提高患者及医护人员的认知水平、强化社会支持、充分发挥远程医疗平台的作用等。未来进一步关注筛查的普及和优化、深入研究不同干预措施的有效性,可有效提高筛查的知晓率和筛查率,更好地保护糖尿病患者的视力健康。The significant effect of early screening for diabetic retinopathy(DR)in preventing vision loss has been confirmed,however,considerable controversies still remain surrounding the awareness and screening rates of DR.At present,there are many factors affecting DR screening of diabetic patients,including sociodemographic characteristics,disease knowledge,and social support.In addition,various intervention measures can be taken to strengthen the screening and management of DR,such as enhancing the patients′and healthcare professionals′understanding,strengthening social support,and leveraging the capabilities of telemedicine platforms,to strengthen the management of DR screenings.Future research should further focus on the popularization and optimization of screenings,delve deeper into the effectiveness of different interventional measures,so as to increase the awareness and screening rates,better safeguarding the visual health of diabetic patients.
