摘  要:近年来,恶性肿瘤成为人类死亡的最主要原因之一。细胞分裂周期相关蛋白7(CDCA7)是一种在细胞分裂过程中起关键作用的蛋白质,在多种恶性肿瘤(食管癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌等)细胞系中过表达。CDCA7在介导DNA复制、DNA损伤信号通路和刺激细胞周期终止等过程中起关键作用,可结合多种受控基因、诱发异常有丝分裂,使正常细胞转变为肿瘤细胞。未来,CDCA7有望成为多数恶性肿瘤的新的肿瘤标志物及治疗靶点,并基于此开发出高选择性、强效且低毒的CDCA7抑制剂。In recent years,malignant tumors have become one of the leading causes of human death.Cell division cycle-associated protein 7(CDCA7)is a protein that plays a key role in cell division,which is overexpressed in a variety of malignant tumor(esophageal cancer,breast cancer,ovarian cancer,etc.)cell lines.CDCA7 plays a crucial role in mediating DNA replication,DNA damage signaling pathways,and stimulating cell cycle termination.It can bind to multiple controlled genes,induce abnormal mitosis,and transform normal cells into tumor cells.In the future,it′s expected that CDCA7 become a new tumor biomarker and therapeutic target for most malignant tumors,and based on this,highly selective,potent,and low toxic CDCA7 inhibitors be developed.
