摘 要:目的基于CiteSpace可视化工具对何首乌致肝损伤中英文文献进行可视化分析,了解和探索该研究领域的研究现状、热点和发展趋势。Objective To visually analyze Chinese and English literature on liver injury induced by polygonum multiflorum using CiteSpace visualization tool,to understand and explore the research status,hotspots,and development trends in this field.Methods Research literature on liver injury caused by polygonum multiflorum was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Web of Science core collection databases,with no limit on the starting and ending years.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to analyze the authors,institutions,and keywords of the sample literature and draw a knowledge map of the research field.Results After screening,a total of 454 Chinese literature and 137 English literature were included.During this period,the overall publication volume of Chinese and English literature showed a wave-like increase,with more Chinese literature than English literature.The core authors of Chinese and English literature were 21 and 16 respectively,and multiple core research teams have been formed with Xiao Xiaohe and Bai Zhaofang,Ma Shuangcheng and Wang Qi as the core,while there was a lack of close connections and cross regional collaborative communication between teams and institutions.The research hotspots focused on four aspects:disease reporting and drug analysis,chemical component toxicity mechanism and biological liver injury test,quality control and evaluation of pharmaceutical processing technology,and drug risk assessment and prevention strategies.Conclusion The research on liver injury caused by polygonum multiflorum continues to be hot,and the research direction is increasingly focused on the microscopic field.The future research focus may be on improving and standardizing the processing technology of polygonum multiflorum,extracting anthraquinone components,and conducting experiments on the mechanism of liver injury inhibition in biological models.
