摘　　要：目的探讨原发性乳腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床特征及诊治手段。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2024年3月襄阳市中心医院收治的13例原发性乳腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的临床资料。结果13例患者均以乳腺包块为首发症状,确诊为原发性乳腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤,3年生存率为76.9%、5年生存率为61.5%。结论原发性乳腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤发病率极低,预后较乳腺癌差,手术治疗没有生存获益,病理确诊后应进行全身综合性治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of primary breast non-Hodgkin lymphoma.Methods The clinical data of 13 patients with primary breast non-Hodgkin lymphoma admitted to Xiangyang Central Hospital from January 2000 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the 13 patients presented with breast lumps,which were diagnosed as primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the breast.The 3-year survival rate was 76.9%,and the 5-year survival rate was 61.5%.Conclusion The incidence of primary breast non-Hodgkin lymphoma is very low,and the prognosis of the disease is worse than that of breast cancer.Surgical treatment of the disease results in no survival benefit,and systemic treatment should be performed after pathological diagnosis.
