摘　　要：[目的]试验研究丙三醇、二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)、乙二醇(EG)、二甲亚砜(DMSO)对牛精液冷冻效果。[方法]抗冻剂防冻效果试验:基础液中分别添加不同浓度的丙三醇、DMA、EG、DMSO获得若干不同的稀释液配方逐一进行试验;然后再用效果良好的四种配方进行对比试验;优选出使用效果最好的牛精液冷冻稀释液。[结果]丙三醇防冻效果最好。[结论]结果表明;抗冻剂对牛精液冷冻具有良好防冻保护作用;丙三醇、DMA、EG可用于牛精液冷冻保存;能改善牛精液冷冻保存效果;对提高牛冷冻精液质量效果明显。The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of glycerol,dimethylacetamide(DMA),ethylene glycol(EG),and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)on the cryopreservation of bull semen.[Methods]An antifreeze efficacy test was conducted by adding varying concentrations of glycerol,DMA,EG,and DMSO to the base solution to create different dilution formulations.The four formulations with the best outcomes were then compared to identify the optimal diluent for freezing bull semen.[Results]Glycerol exhibited the greatest antifreeze effect.[Conclusion]The findings suggest that antifreeze agents have a positive protective effect on the cryopreservation of bull semen.Glycerol,DMA,and EG are all suitable for freezing bull semen,enhancing the freezing effect and significantly improving the quality of frozen bull semen.
