摘　　要：针对目前化工类专业大学生创新实践能力不足,大型精密设备在学生创新实践能力培养中存在开放程度不高,缺乏针对性、系统性培训等问题,提出了依托学院分析测试平台构建“三阶段”创新实践能力培养体系。在整个大学期间通过将学院分析测试平台与创新人才培养紧密结合,全方位、多层次培养学生的创新实践能力。To resolve the current shortage of innovative practical abilities among chemical engineering majors students,as well as the lack of openness,targeted,and systematic training in cultivating innovative practical abilities for large precision equipment,this paper proposes to build a"three-stage"innovative practical ability training system based on the college level analysis and testing platform.By closely integrating the college's analysis and testing platform with the cultivation of innovative talents throughout the entire university period,we aim to cultivate the innovative practical abilities of undergraduate students in wide ways and many layers.
