预防高校医学实验室事故发生的对策

摘　　要：医学的发展离不开广大医学工作者的努力拼搏,而医学实验室又是医学工作者开展科研和教学工作的必选场所。如果医学实验室存在安全隐患,势必无法保障科研的顺利进行,更有甚者将会造成生命财产的损失,因此如何预防事故的发生成为首要任务。结合某实验室管理现状,从人员培训与管理、设施设备与生物安全、风险监控与大数据分析、应急响应与救援计划构建了医学实验室安全管理体系,有效提高医学实验室科研和教学活动的安全性和高效性。The development of medicine cannot be separated from the hard work and struggle of medical workers,and medical laboratories are essential places for medical workers to engage in scientific research and teaching.If there are safety hazards in medical laboratories,it will inevitably be impossible to ensure the smooth progress of scientific research,and in some cases,it will cause loss of life and property.Therefore,how can we prevent such incidentsoccurrence has become the primary task.Based on the current management situation of a certain laboratory,a medical laboratory safety management systemhas been established,from personnel training and management,facility equipment and biosafety,risk monitoring and big data analysis,the emergency response and rescue plan.It can effectively improve the safety and efficiency of medical laboratory research and teaching activities.
