摘　　要：推进教育数字化转型是解决高职院校信息化建设深层问题的根本途径,也是提升学校治理水平的必由之路。以重庆医药高等专科学校数字化转型为例,通过数据治理、流程优化与开发、数据融合与应用,建立数据治理与交换共享平台、“一站式”网上办事大厅和大数据分析应用平台。同时,通过实现师生事务“一网通办”、数据与业务“一网统管”,促进学校数据治理体系、治理能力与管理服务数字化、现代化,可切实提高师生办事的体验感。此外,改革学校管理与服务新模式,能够提升学校整体管理与服务水平。Promoting the digital transformation of education is the fundamental way to solve the deep problems in the informatization construction of higher vocational colleges,and it is the only way to improve the level of school governance.Taking the digital transformation of Chongqing Medical College as an example,through data governance,process optimization and development,data integration and application,data governance and exchange sharing platform,“one-stop”online office hall and big data analysis application platform were established.At the same time,through the realization of“one network office”for teachers and students̓affairs and“one network management”for data and business,the digitization and modernization of the school̓s data governance system,governance capacity and management services can be promoted,which can effectively improve the experience of teachers and students̓affairs.In addition,reforming the new model of school management and service can improve the overall level of school management and service.
