摘  要:为实现对纸张抗张强度的自动化检测,提高纸张产品的生产质量和生产效率,对造纸企业实际生产数据实施标准化预处理,并通过灰色关联度算法对纸张抗张强度与其他因素之间的相关性进行分析。在此基础上,采用线性回归模型对灰色关联度算法进行求解。为验证该模型的有效性,通过拟合优度指标对模型进行验证,发现该模型相较于Xgboost-SVM、Lasso回归以及逐步回归等模型,体现出了更加理想的拟合效果。最终得到检测厚度、检测定量、喂料泵电流等15个与纸张抗张强度高度相关的影响因素,可用于指导现场工作人员对纸张抗张强度的合理化控制,具有一定的应用价值。In order to realize the automatic detection of paper tensile strength,improve the production quality and production efficiency of paper products,the actual production data of papermaking enterprises were standardized and preprocessed,and the correlation between paper tensile strength and other factors was analyzed by the grey correlation algorithm.On this basis,the linear regression model was used to solve the grey correlation algorithm.In order to verify the effectiveness of the model,the model was verified by the goodness-of-fit index,and it was found that the model showed a more ideal fitting effect than the Xgboost“-”SVM,Lasso regression and stepwise regression models.Finally,15 influencing factors highly related to the tensile strength of the paper,such as the detection thickness,the detection quantification,and the feed pump current,were obtained,which could be used to guide the on-site staff to rationalize the control of the tensile strength of the paper,which had certain application value.
