摘  要:为探究抗生素的使用与奶水牛鲜乳中菌落总数及β-内酰胺酶残留的关系,对某奶水牛规模场开展为期2个月的水牛生鲜乳监测工作。试验采用正常奶水牛生鲜奶样作为对照组,注射抗生素奶水牛的生鲜奶样作为试验组,采用平板计数法检测菌落总数、快速检测试剂条检测β-内酰胺酶。试验结果显示使用抗生素的奶水牛生鲜乳易检测出菌落总数超标及β-内酰胺酶阳性,同时奶水牛自身会产生内源性β-内酰胺酶。To explore the relationship between the use of antibiotic,the total number of colonies and the residue ofβ-lactamase in fresh milk of dairy buffaloes,a two-month monitoring of fresh buffalo milk was carried out in a large-scale dairy buffalo farm.In the experiment,normal fresh milk samples of dairy buffaloes were used as the control group,and fresh milk samples of dairy buffaloes injected with antibiotics were used as the experimental group.The total number of colonies was detected using the plate counting method,andβ-lactamase was detected using rapid test strips.The test results showed that the fresh milk of dairy buffaloes using antibiotics was prone to excessive total number of colonies and positiveβ-lactamase,and dairy buffaloes themselves could produce endogenousβ-lactamase.
