数字经济发展水平对中小企业绿色融资的影响研究——基于广东省中小企业调查数据

摘　　要：通过问卷调查了解数字经济影响中小企业绿色融资的现状及存在问题,基于调查数据,采用偏相关分析和多元回归分析等方法,研究数字经济发展水平与中小企业绿色融资的影响关系并建立量化模型。结果表明,区域数字经济和企业数字化水平与绿色融资呈显著正相关,且企业数字化水平影响更显著。文章提出从政府、中小企业、金融机构、数字化服务商等多角度采取措施,加快数字经济发展和企业数字化转型,提升中小企业的绿色融资能力,促进数字经济、绿色金融与中小企业融资的协同发展。The current situation and issues of the way the digital economy affects green financing for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)were investigated through a questionnaire.Based on the data,methods such as partial correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were employed to explore the relationship between the development level of the digital economy and green financing for SMEs,and a quantitative model was established.The results indicate a significant positive correlation between both the regional digital economy and green financing for SMEs,and the digitization level of enterprises and green financing for SMEs,with the latter exerting a more significant impact.Finally,suggestions are proposed for various stakeholders including the government,SMEs,financial institutions,and digital service providers to enhance the development of the digital economy and enterprise digital transformation,thereby improving the green financing capability of SMEs and promoting the coordinated development of the digital economy,green finance,and SME financing.
